Caretakers of the Environment International (CEI) is a global student initiative dedicated to environmental awareness, scientific research and innovation. Students from different countries collaborate on environmental projects and present their research results in English to an international audience of peers, educators and industry partners.

The central theme of the 2027 event in Hungary focuses on sustainable mobility and the protection of natural and cultural heritage. Projects explore key areas of future transportation such as green vehicles, automated systems, robotics and the role of artificial intelligence in sustainable development.

The program is supported by leading innovation partners including ZalaZONE Automotive Proving Ground, one of Europe’s most advanced mobility research centers. Through this collaboration, students gain inspiration from real industrial and technological environments while developing their own research projects.

The goal of CEI is to inspire young people to think globally, collaborate internationally and contribute to building a more sustainable future.
